You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bibaji reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point in the Account lifecycle. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued national identity card or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. bibaji may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of the platform's compliance team.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bibaji does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a deposit is received from a payment instrument not registered to the Account holder, bibaji reserves the right to reverse the deposit, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the Account holder. bibaji may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. bibaji reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000.
bibaji does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers or banks are outside bibaji's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

All sports bets placed on bibaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as published on the platform.
Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. bibaji reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any point during an event without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand; bets submitted during or after a suspension will be void. bibaji is not liable for any failure to accept a live bet due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through bibaji's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
